About Carol

Carol is proud to be a wife of over thirty years and mom to nine beautiful kids who make her world a happy one. She has, so far, three granddaughters who put an added sparkle in her eye.

Carols husband, Dana’s time in the US Navy allowed her and her family to live in Charleston, SC; Kittery, ME; Virginia Beach, VA; Newport News, VA; Ballston Spa, NY; Dededo, Guam and now in King George, VA. She finds herself to be the perfect example of relocation, especially with kids, and knows the “good, the bad and the ugly.”

Carol loves people. She loves meeting people, talking to people, learning from people, and helping people. When Carol first got into real estate, someone explained that she is not a salesperson, but someone that provides a service and helps people and that is what helped her take off.

To all who is looking for a GREAT Realtor!! Carol Sondrini has worked with myself and my wife to find land where we can build a home. Carol has been working with us for two years, and out of those two years she has sent us listing of land, when we have seen something we like Carol makes the time to go see the land and even walks the land with us and she will go through the bushes, thorns and mud to show the land to us. Carol really goes above and beyond to really do her best to give you everything you could ask for in a Realtor. She puts no pressure on you she really wants you the buyer to feel that you are making the right choice for your next home. Carol Sondrini really puts your interest first for she wants to sell you the happiness in buying the home or land that you will say WOW!! We made a good choice.
