About Carol

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California. I understand the unique character of the Monterey Bay and what makes it a truly special place for people across the globe. As an adult, I have traveled extensively but always look forward to coming home to our beautiful central coast, where you can enjoy gorgeous scenery, infinite cultural opportunities, and a climate that cannot be matched.

In my past role as Case Administrator for a Court Appointed Trustee and Receiver, I gained experience across all areas of real estate and asset classes, learning the importance of fiduciary duty that is focused on serving my client's best interest.

Whether it is navigating the challenge of downsizing, probate and trust sales, relocating or evaluating multifamily property, my experience and knowledge, combined with Coldwell Banker's unparalleled resources, all help me provide clients with unsurpassed service.

My passion for history led me to return to school for a degree in historic preservation and helping clients rediscover the history of their old house, or think about how to renovate it is among my favorite things.

And for every successful sale or purchase, I make a donation to a local animal shelter or rescue of the client's choice. Because everybody should have a place to call home!
