Carol Whitmore and her husband John, married for over 39 years, lived in Somerset County for more than 35 years before selling their family home in Hillsborough and relocating to Ocean County. After graduating college, Carol pursued a career in banking. Following the birth of their first daughter, she chose to leave the corporate world to be a stay-at-home mom.

Over the years, Carol gained valuable experience and insight through active volunteering in the schools and organizations where her two daughters were involved. Once her children grew older, she returned to the workforce, joining Bloomingdale's where she quickly rose through the ranks to a management position. Her dedication and passion were recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious "Best of the Best" - a highlight of her retail career.

Ready for a new challenge, Carol combined her banking and retail backgrounds with her love of helping people and joined Coldwell Banker Realty. This new career path allowed her to guide clients through one of life's most important milestones - buying or selling a home - while making them feel supported and understood every step of the way.

In her first year as a Realtor®, Carol closed over 25 transactions and earned the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, achieving Bronze Level from 2018–2020 and again in 2022 and 2024, as well as the Silver Level in 2021. She also received the International Sterling Society Award in 2021, 2022, and 2024, recognizing her as a top-performing Coldwell Banker agent nationally.

Carol has also earned the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence and client-focused service.

During the pandemic, Carol's oldest daughter, Kristin, earned her real estate license to support her mother on a part-time basis. Together, they had a banner year in 2021 and continue to grow as a successful real estate team, combining experience, energy, and personalized service.
