Carole Bernier

Carole's philosophy is working diligently for her clients to help them reach their goals as her highest priority while staying true to the Golden Rule. She grew up in Milford and remembers working at Woodmont Library as one of her first jobs while attending Milford High School. She started her career as a real estate professional in 1992 and proceeded to earn her Brokers license shortly thereafter. To continue her real estate knowledge, she was fortunate to work alongside a mentoring appraiser as a Real Estate Appraiser. She is so excited about being back in Milford with Total Realty Services as a broker associate! Her commitment to her clients is very important to her, and through continued education and staying up to date with the latest trends in the real estate industry, she can better educate her buyers and sellers.
