Carole Rogers

Having been in the real estate industry for over 40 years, Carole has accomplished much in her time as a realtor. She has worked in Warwick, New York, during this time and has built a career around a strong reputation in real estate. For fifteen years, Carole had spearheaded sales efforts for one of the region's most successful new home communities, Warwick Grove. Upon completion of that project, Carole came to Howard Hanna - Rand Realty to continue her career, work with other accomplished associates, and enrich the services she provides to her clients, all with the help of Rand's expertise and national affiliation with Howard Hanna. Carole is complimented by her talented sales team, which includes her sales partner, Susan Schneider, and her marketing associates. Their team has sold over $100 million in real estate over the past few years by using practiced sales techniques and sophisticated marketing tactics. Carole is a Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors member, holding the Associate Broker status. She has also received professional training from some of the top real estate sales trainers in the nation and has mentored new sales associates over the years as they began their careers. Since becoming a realtor, Carole's clients and customers have relied on her ethics and devotion.
