More than a year before we ultimately sold our home, we contacted Carole for a consultation. In our first interview Carole spent a great amount of time giving us a candid but fair estimation of our house—its overall condition, its flaws, and virtues. We then embarked on what could be described as a partnership as we readied our house for sale. As we made certain changes and purchases, we consulted with Carole. We faced a very difficult situation. We were trying to sell a house remotely during a pandemic. Our elderly mother and our late father had built the house in 1965. My brother and I live out of state. We needed to move our mother out of town and get the house on the market. Carole Smith came highly recommended from close friends, but you still have no idea when working from so far away. From Day 1, Carole communicated responsively and effectively. She made excellent referral recommendations when we needed sorting and packing help as well as legal help. She answered every email and text within moments and kept us apprised of all developments. She gave great advice, and she was direct and honest when the news was difficult to hear. In the end, Carole found a great buyer and made the process as easy as possible from so great a distance.

My husband and I were introduced to Carole Smith and her wonderful team by my father and mother in law. They knew we needed the absolute best in the business to sell our home and to find us the perfect home just in time for the arrival of our second baby. Even though the time frame to sell and buy our new home was limited, due to my impending due date, Carole and her team made real estate magic and just within one week of listing our home, we were under contract! Her invaluable real estate experience made for the smoothest transaction and within 30 days our home officially closed!

Once we were ready to relocate Carole spent two days with me touring properties that fit our criteria while being introduced to many local realtors.
