Carole was an incredible advocate for us as we searched for a home in a place we were new to and completely unfamiliar with. We felt like we had a devoted representative who methodically screened properties, closely taking into account the needs of our family including work and school. She was willing to tell us to pass on our property if it posed negative attributes, not easily noticeable when considering properties from a distance. We had a great experience all around and appreciated the entire supporting cast including Laura who conducted multiple virtual walk-throughs during our home search. Top-notch professionals.

I worked with Carol and Laura on purchasing my new home in Omaha while still living out of state. They worked so hard to understand my family's needs and find us several homes. With Facetime and video walk-throughs we were comfortable enough to make offers on several homes in an extremely competitive market and finally getting a really nice place without needing to over extend the market due to their knowledge and contacts. All in all a very good experience!!!

Not just good - GREAT! Carole and Laura did a fantastic job advising us and leading us through the home sale process. 1. Spot-on Market analysis for pricing was supported by their broad network of real estate associates in the area. 2. We needed a couple things repaired from the pre-inspection and with the hardest one (a retaining wall that was leaning), they were able to hook us up with a great local company that got the work done quickly and correctly. 3. Carole was there when we needed her - no matter what we wanted to discuss, she had guidance. I strongly, strongly recommend this team.
