Originally from Manhattan, Carolina Boucos moved east with her family to the Long Island Gold Coast, establishing strong roots in the three and a half decades she’s been living there. Before becoming a realtor, Carolina honed her sales and marketing expertise working in the corporate world developing the skills necessary for negotiation, as well as making people feel at ease so as to most effectively assist her buyers and sellers throughout every aspect of the real estate process. Prior to her tenure at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Carolina gained tremendous knowledge of the business and surrounding areas of East End and Nassau County, navigating some of the most complex real estate transactions at a Hampton’s real estate firm.
Carolina’s success in the industry can also be attributed to her continual attention to educating herself on the latest real estate trends. Even with all her accomplishments, nothing compares to the satisfaction Carolina has experienced raising four independent, talented daughters, two of them having followed her into the real estate business. She has mentored and trained her daughters, Janine Fakiris and Giselle DiMasi, in all areas of real estate, and both continue to work with Carolina at the esteemed Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
