Caroline was recommended to us by a friend who had previously both purchased and sold a home with Caroline. Caroline was very thorough from start to finish! During initial planning for the sale of our home, Caroline visited and provided excellent (and honest) advice regarding what needed to be done for optimizing sale of our home. At the time of listing, Caroline arranged for top notch professional photography to clearly show the home's features. Upon listing, besides MLS she utilized every possible avenue to increase visibility of the listing. Within days we had an offer from a client Caroline had been working with, she made the connections. This was an offer contingent upon the sale of the buyers home, and until the contingency was satisfied Caroline continued efforts to keep the listing fresh and explore alternatives. Once sold, Caroline handled everything and followed through for every step required. This was all during the peak of Covid19 pandemic which, given restrictions, could have made for a very long and frustrating sale process. We couldn't be happier in choosing Caroline as our realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell. Listen to her advice, follow through, and you will be satisfied with the outcomes!

Caroline was AWESOME!!!!!! If I could give more stars I would. She knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with houses or areas that weren't right for us. She found the perfect house for us the first night we looked at houses. Her knowledge of the area and schools was amazing. I just wanted to say that my husband and I are soooo glad we had Caroline in our corner during this whole process. We new it would be a challenge to not only sell our home but also finding a new one as I am picky, lol. We feel she went above and beyond and took care of everything for us and helped calm our nerves as we were asking her many many questions. Caroline was great! She helped us out a lot as first time buyers, making sure we considered all our options, explaining the steps in the process, and where the risks were. She is very responsive and has great connections. Caroline was able to get us a very tight turnaround on the whole process, and we got the house we wanted!
