About Caroline

I’ve been a resident of Wheaton since 1996. With two sons in the school district, I am knowledgeable of the schools, park districts, and the “ins and outs” of the area.
Prior to joining Baird and Warner, I was a high volume staff appraiser for Chemical Residential Mortgage and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and currently run my own appraisal firm. I have experience with appraising complex properties for various entities and purposes, including expert witness testimony, appraisal consulting, and appraisal for estate and tax appeal. My expansive knowledge of the marketplace and valuation skills will be of great service to you in determining the best possible market price either when buying or selling.
