Caroline Hanley, a top-producing agent, was named by Real Trends as a top real estate agent in the state of CT in 2021. Caroline prides herself on her communication skills and her ability to understand a client’s needs. She has a wealth of knowledge to help families navigate the real estate market and ensures that her clients are well educated and able to make the best decisions possible. Over the past 10 years, she has built strong relationships with other agents, contractors, designers, and attorneys that makes the entire process seamless.
Upon moving to Darien 15 years ago with her husband, Jay and two children, Caroline got involved in the community volunteering for numerous organizations including serving on the board of OPUS for Person-to-Person, St. Luke’s Preschool PTC and Tokeneke Elementary School. She was also a member of the Newcomers Club.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Caroline had a successful career in both sales and finance working for Lucent Technologies and Neuberger Berman where negotiations are a key to success. Caroline graduated from Rutgers College with a degree in Economics and Statistics.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Caroline is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Darien Board of Realtors, and the Darien Multiple Listing Service & Greenwich Multiple Listing Service.
