Growing up looking at blueprints and visiting job sites inside the loop made her well versed in the benefits and joys of the wonderful neighborhoods Houston has to offer: Boulevard Oaks, Southampton, West University, River Oaks, Montrose, and the Heights just to name a few. Through these lifelong associations she has developed a keen eye for design, quality construction and the location of a home.
Caroline attended Edgar Allen Poe Elementary, Sydney Lanier Middle School and Episcopal High School. From there she went to the University of Texas in Austin where she was a Studio Art Major (focus on Photography) and a member of the sorority Pi Beta Phi. After a brief stint in Manhattan, she gravitated back to Houston… She spent the first few years learning the business from the ground up with some of the top agents in the field. From real estate basics to hands on experience and exposure, Caroline trained in all categories of the industry.
Caroline now devotes her enthusiasm and energy to her clients, both buyers and sellers. Clients, family, and friends characterize her as professional, motivated, humorous, attentive, and knowledgeable about Houston and its most desirable neighborhoods. This is evident through her write-ups in the Houston Chronicle, consistently being named a Top Producer, and earning an HBJ award.
Caroline resides in Southampton with her husband Andy and 3 children: Watts, Frank and Keely, as well as her Australian Shepherd, Rudy. In her spare time, she loves being with family and friends and still practices photography.
Caroline looks forward to helping you in your search to buy or sell a home. She knows it is quite possibly the biggest transaction you will make and will be there to put your needs first every step of the way.
