Caroline Heinen helped us sell our house, and we really couldn't have done it without her. We were abroad during the sale, and she helped us get the house ready after our tenants moved out. Everything was on a really tight schedule, but she organized and timed everything so well. In under 2 weeks, she had a lot of work and repairs done at the house, as well as landscaping, cleaning, and photos to have an open house on the second weekend after the tenants moved out. And she supported us when it looked like the sale might fall through due to issues with the buyer. Caroline is the best to help you buy, sell, or rent a house, and you can be sure you are in excellent hands. I highly recommend her!
