We sincerely thank Caroline Hobbs for her assistance in the sale of our house. She is a unique real estate representative - professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at what she does. We first meet her at our neighborhood's open house. We were quite amazed by her level of skill and the amount of knowledge she had about the industry. When we decided to sell our house, working with her was a no-brainer, and I'm so glad I did.

She came prepared with a calming and professional demeanor. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. She was always available to provide us with the information that we needed. We thought we were in excellent hands and that we had all the knowledge we needed to make those judgments.

Despite a challenging market, her expertise and commitment were outstanding. She expertly staged our house and their effective strategies led to a really quick sale, in fact within 2 days after the house was in market. She navigated complexities with finesse, making the sale process seamless.

Caroline is indeed a top-tier professional, who genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell their home with confidence.

Working with Caroline and her team from Reward Realty was the best! We’re a recently married couple and really needed a professional to help us get into our first home together. In just a matter of weeks Caroline found us a move-in ready single-family home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Den, high ceilings, 3 car garage and most importantly, living space large enough to accommodate a 9 ft pool table. We also scored by having exercise trails, dog parks, shopping, dining and entertainment spots within walking distance.

I really appreciated how Caroline and Reward Realty went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process: They frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. They would accompany us to see the places, and because of their experience/expertise, they would point out all the things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision-making process.

Once we decided on the right place, Caroline switched to her negotiator cap and got us the place within hours of us seeing it with a preemptive offer! I still can’t believe Caroline was able to convince the sellers to sell it to us without seeing other offers. We got a really good deal! Caroline and Reward Realty are just AMAZING!

Another benefit of working with Caroline is that she was able to support us during the stressful mortgage process. She is well versed in all facets of the finance process. A real professional in all things Real Estate.
