A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Caroline Rigsby has lived in Atlanta, London, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Utah, and Boston, where she worked in investment banking and real estate development before returning to her hometown in 2005 to work with noted developer and visionary Tony Giarratana, pioneer of Nashville’s urban residential scene.
While working with Tony, Caroline sold the original 33 Cumberland penthouses in downtown Nashville’s first new residential building built in a half century. She also served as both construction manager and head-of-sales for the 65 luxury condominiums at Belle Meade Court.
As a friend of Shirley Zeitlin, another Nashville luminary, Caroline was invited to join Zeitlin Realtors in 2011 when the recession put a temporary halt to the construction of tall buildings. Caroline specializes in urban luxury and Nashville’s walkable neighborhoods, but her expertise ranges from investor condos to historic homes to multi-million, large-acreage rural properties within an hour radius of downtown Nashville.
Caroline, along with her three SimpliCITY partners, represented the prestigious 505 High-Rise Condominiums, at 45 stories, it is Nashville’s tallest residential building, offering incomparable views and unparalleled amenities. Sales prices ranged from $350,000 to $6,600,000.
Caroline is an outdoor enthusiast and photographer. She enjoys metal detecting, rock climbing, Cracker Barrel, and giving unsolicited advice.
