Carolyn just recently helped us find our home. She was very helpful with the whole process. Anytime we would have a question she would answer it in a detailed and timely manner. If we ever need to buy or sell in the future we will definitely be having her as my realtor once again. We would recommend Carolyn to anyone.

Carolyn made the house buying process stress free. She did all the work in regards to recommending a mortgage company and having the agent call me. Not me calling them. She set up the house inspection and a lawyer for the closing. All services were top notch. I would definitely go to Carolyn again if I ever decide to sell or buy another house. Oh, and she even took me out for Chinese food (my favorite) after the closing to celebrate. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

I was looking to buy my first home and she helped me by showing me properties that fits my budget and the type of condos that I would be interesting in. She explained to me about the first time homebuyers program from RI Housing and walked me through every steps of the way to obtain the FHA loan. Now I'm a homeowner thanks to Carolyn! :)
