CAROLYN BOOK

Carolyn was born into a creative family. She grew up as the daughter of a custom builder and finish carpenter. Often accompanying her father to job sites as a child. She still enjoys working alongside her father in his woodshop designing furniture. Carolyn has long standing interest in construction, design and real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2017 to pursue her passions. Her unique blend of being able to multitask critical time sensitive projects (thanks to her nursing career, with past 12 years spent as a Medevac Flight Nurse), her knowledge of construction, love of real estate, knack for design and PR skills brought her to Boutique Real Estate Inc. Boutique Real Estate Inc., specializes in concierge style real estate services, where the client and quality of delivery, takes precedence over quantity.
