Steven Jr is a natural when it comes to our Market, as he was raised right here in Salem and has been surrounded by the culture of real estate his entire life.

He attended Elementary and Jr High School at a small private school in Salem called HIS Academy. He then went on to West Salem High School where he graduated in 2007. Growing up in Salem, Steven’s first love was baseball, and he was one of the best! His little league all-star team ended up representing the State of Oregon and advanced to the regional championship game in Southern California before coming up just a game short of earning a trip to the Little League World Series in Pennsylvania. He continued his baseball career as a 4 year starter in High School and earned a baseball scholarship to play for Corban University where he played all four years as well.

2012 ended up being a milestone year for Steven as he graduated from Corban with a Business Marketing degree in the spring of that year and started working full time at Blum Real Estate.

Steven obtained his broker’s license in Spring 2013 and is a full time agent on The Blum Team. Raised in Salem, Steven has a strong and growing network of loyal clients. His overall work ethic and passion for what he does is second to none. He is a true “people person” and loves to play his part in helping our clients accomplish their real estate needs.
