With over 21 years in the business, Carolyn has completed over 400 transactions and has developed an expertise in listing and selling homes, land development, high-end new construction, and a variety of re-sales in the Somerset Hills.
Carolyn also specializes in working with buyers to find their perfect home. Buyers are impressed with her knowledge and dedication to unparalleled client service. In addition to her expertise as a top salesperson, Carolyn, a Bernardsville native, can offer first-hand experience with the schools, community and people in the area.
As the third daughter of Angela and Richard Fahey, the company’s founders, Carolyn has been exposed to the Real Estate industry throughout her life. As the owner, she takes pride in continuing their tradition of integrity and “treating clients like family” to deliver the ultimate client experience.
Carolyn is a graduate of Bernards High School and Colgate University Magna Cum Laude. She holds her NJ and NY Real Estate Licenses, her NJ Broker’s License as well as the Series 7 and Series 63 Registrations in Securities. Prior to joining the family business, Carolyn spent five years with Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York City where she served as Vice President in the Private Wealth Marketing Division.
In her spare time, she serves as Board President of PS108, a non-profit yoga studio in Bedminster, co-chair of the Visiting Nurses Association Golf Classic, and Carolyn is an active member of Heartworks, One Love Organization and Impact 100. Carolyn’s passion for sports inspires her to volunteer coach for “Girls on the Run” (a self-esteem/running program for young girls) and also the St. Elizabeth’s young boys basketball team. Carolyn enjoys golf at Roxiticus Golf Club, tennis, yoga, spending time with family and interior design.
