Talk about a dynamic duo! Carolyn and her daughter, Meghan, are two amazing people that I had the pleasure of working with while selling my house. Selling my house wasn’t something that I wanted to do on my own, had time to do, or even knew how to do, so choosing the person to help me was my first task. I asked around and Carolyn was highly recommended by a co-worker. Carolyn and Meghan showed up at my house and on their first visit, I knew they were going to be my realtors. We clicked right from the start. They took the reins and ran! They know the meaning of professionalism and they are knowledgeable with years of experience. Carolyn is hand downs the best! She helped our family find a home we loved and go under contract while we were still living in Germany. She sent numerous color swatches and details. She also FaceTime video chatted us to show us homes inside and out. She worked outside of normal business hours due to our 8 hour time difference without us even asking. Her dedication to knowing her clients and paying attention to detail helped us eliminate homes she knew we wouldn’t be happy with. This saved us so much time as we were on a time crunch! Carolyn helped me and my fiance' find our first home. We are very picky consumers and at times can be hard to please. After working very hard to find us a perfect home, she was able to locate and help us put in an offer within 24 hours of locating the home. Carolyn was in constant contact througought the entire process from initial contact, offer, inspections, repairs, all the way to closing. She shared info on soon-to-be-listed homes so we were able to check out neighborhoods ahead of time and be one of the first appointments to view newly listed homes. Excellent service. Carolyn is one of the most energetic and professional realtors we have ever encountered. She works tirelessly to make sure a property is appropriately priced and suitable to the standards that she wants to represent. We know several people that have used Carolyn as their listing agent who report the highest praise for her ability to move a property. I recommend Carolyn to everyone because she is the best realtor I have had the privilege of working with and for me. She is honest and will tell you the truth but more than that she is for you and will help you make the best decision. She is very knowledgeable about the market and everything else concerning homes. Carolyn is amazing! Her kindness and professionalism made the process of selling and buying homes simultaneously virtually a seamless transition. She is thorough and patient, never pushed us to make a decision and she made sure that we had all of the necessary information so that we could make an informed decision. She stayed in contact, even outside of "business hours" and took on a lot of the hard work of coordinating scheduling and searching through the inventory so we didn't have to do it ourselves.
