About Carolyn

I have been working full time as a Real Estate Broker since 2006. I love my career, and I am 100% dedicated to getting the job done for you, in the shortest amount of time, and to recover the highest return for your home. I am a “can do”, problem solver. I am always looking for creative ways to get your home sold!

I lead an amazing team of individuals that with our combined efforts, our focus is to provide you with the ultimate customer service experience. Becki Woody is our Operations Manager. She oversees operations, administrative services, and marketing. She has been in the industry since 2003, with experience in new construction, short sales and REO properties. Her ability to keep each transaction organized and on target, combined with her knowledge, creativity and marketing expertise, helps each of our clients’ trans¬actions run smoothly.

Garrett Conn, is the head of the Buyer’s Division. He works exclusively with the buyer’s side of the real estate transaction. He is a great listener and a does a through needs analysis of the buyer’s specific goals, to help them narrow down the perfect home for their family. Garrett is very proactive in searching and finding the right home for our buyers. He brings over 6 years of real estate sales experience to the team, and is very skilled at negotiating the front and back side of the transaction.

Gina Wood, is our closing coordinator. She makes sure all our paperwork is accounted for and our files are organized and kept up to date. She is another pair of eyes to keep things running smoothly and keep us in front of and available for our clients.

I have strategically aligned myself with Keller Williams Realty Professionals, which has been the number one pro¬ducing office in the Portland Metro Area. This company has proved to provide the best coaching, training and mentorship, in the industry. It is important to me, to stay abreast of the latest tools, and technology available, to provide my clients with the highest level of service. Along with a good company and good team members, I also have aligned myself with an extended team of professionals, mortgage brokers, staging company, professional photographer, title company, home inspectors, property management, insurance agent, to name a few that have a proven track of success, and are dedicated to supporting an overall amazing customer experience for my clients.

In the area of marketing, I focus on working with you to get the home prepared, if needed staging, to show it at its best. I use a professional photographer with a virtual tour, as we only get one shot on the internet. I advertise all my properties in a premier slot on Zillow, along with several other websites, listed here, to maximize your home’s market exposure.

I work mainly in the Portland Metro area, in residential real estate, some areas that are included, but not limited to, N, NE, SW, NW Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Clackamas and Hillsboro.

On a personal note, I am a native Oregonian, one of the few left! I graduated from George Fox University, with a business management degree. I have two boys, who keep me very busy, outside of real estate. I reside in Lake Oswego. Some of my interests outside of my career are snow skiing, water skiing, concerts, plays, reading, and I am a foodie, so love to explore all the great eats Portland has to offer!

The way that I look at my business, is not as a single transaction, but rather as a business relationship for life, and I treat it as such.
