Carolyn Aarts Keddington's success in the real estate business is derived from her intense desire to help people find what they are looking for. Her commitment to clients and her in-depth knowledge of schools and neighborhoods only contribute to her ability to provide the most rewarding transactions. Her top priority as a real estate professional is a smooth and comfortable experience for her clients, and she ensures this by making herself available at all times.
Carolyn was raised in Palo Alto in a real estate family. Her father was a broker in the Palo Alto area for thirty years, actively involved in the real estate community and working as President of the Board of Realtors. She knew early on that she wanted to be a part of the real estate community, but more importantly, the community at large. After attending The University at Berkeley, Carolyn moved back to the mid-peninsula area where she fulfilled her goal as an active member of the community.
From 2001 to 2015, Carolyn relocated to Newport Beach where she started selling real estate in 2005. Since moving back to Silicon Valley, she has been working side-by-side with Colleen Foraker, and together they have closed over $150M in sales. Their areas of concentration include Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Portola Valley, and Los Altos. When Carolyn is not busy selling real estate, she enjoys time with her husband, Michael and their four grown children. In her free time she enjoys running, playing tennis and is an active member volunteering with the Garden Club of Palo Alto.
