Carolyn could not have done a better job for us.
We looked at a number of houses and were under the gun a bit because Carolyn had gotten our old house sold faster than we expected.
The home we eventually bought had two other offers and Carolyn provided a winning negotiating strategy.
After our offer was accepted Carolyn continued to be an excellent resource through the inspection, while we were moving in, and even for details that have surfaced through various changes we are making to the house.
I cannot think of anything that Carolyn could have done that she did not.

Carolyn has been a pleasure to work with over the last 4 years. We have done 3 buys and 2 sells with Carolyn so 5 total transactions. She is always on time, precise in her communication, and direct throughout the entire process. My husband and I have purchased several homes over the years and worked with several different realtors. I can say by far that Carolyn was the best realtor that we have had the pleasure of working with. From day one , she was friendly and professional. Most importantly, she communicated every step of the way. She took the time to get to know us personally. The day that she came over for the photo shoot, she saw weeds in our yard and pulled them. She did not have to do that, but she wanted the best possible pictures for us. She addresses concerns if there are any and resolves as quickly as possible. We never felt rushed when talking to her, she made sure that we had the opportunity to ask any questions that we may have. Carolyn was truly a blessing to us as this was a bit of a stressful process for me. I would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone who is in need of a realtor, you will not be disappointed. I don't know where to start in sharing the appreciation and respect I have for the way in which Carolyn executes her job. She is truly the best of the best. She is a kind, honest and authentic person who doesn't put making money in front of her ethical and kindhearted nature. Despite her competitive rates she works extremely hard to get your house sold. It doesn't matter if it takes 3 days or 3 months, she applies the same commitment and hard work running open houses, sending comps, and educating you around your choices and decisions. She is an amazing communicator and works well with helping ease your anxiety and nerves in the process of selling your home. She effectively negotiated a fair and equitable agreement and arranged all the inspection repairs. My experience with selling my home started off poorly with a very bad realtor and her willingness to step in and help me is something I will never forget and will always be extremely grateful for. Carolyn Kenney is the BEST realtor in the Denver Area!

When we were moving to the Denver area and in need of a real estate agent we were worried that we would just be another client to whoever we hired. After interviewing multiple realtors, we decided to hire Carolyn Kenney--what a blessing!. Carolyn was patient with us (first time buying experience) and helped us get everything done in a timely fashion.

Buying your first home can be extremely stressful and terrifying. You need an experienced agent to guide you through the process from start to finish. Carolyn went above and beyond when helping me buy my first home. Unfortunately, we had originally anticipated having more time to save up for such a big financial step. After exploring our options and realizing we would need to apply for an FHA loan, we started reviewing listings and contacted a mortgage company for our financing. When we started touring homes, we were paired with Carolyn, who immediately notified us of some issues she was aware of with our mortgage company. We didn't listen right away, but we found out pretty soon after just how right she was. From there on out, we heeded her advice and were delighted to find that she was always quick to answer questions or find answers. She advocated for us on our contracts, and she helped us find a home for our family on our hurried timeline. I have never been more grateful for a chance meeting that involved such a big investment. At our first meeting, she arrived with a list of similar properties for sale or that had recently sold in our area with a suggested listing price that matched what we already had in mind. She sent paperwork electronically with complete instructions for convenience and to save time, replied to us immediately when we had questions, and contacted us when there was a need. Carolyn had a professional stager come in to give us tips on the best way to show our home to make it more appealing to potential buyers and had a professional photographer and videographer come in to make high quality brochures and a video to post on the MLS listing for our home. They showcased our home’s best features and we had multiple showings and an offer the first day our home went on the market.
