Carolyn Lawrence

Carolyn was an Interior Designer in Manhattan and worked on the residential, commercial, renovation, and construction projects. In 1997 she fell in love with the beautiful homes and countryside of Columbia County and has lived here for twenty-seven years. It was only natural that she would apply her design background and passion for homes as a real estate broker.

Carolyn’s previous experience starting and successfully managing Lawrence & Lynch Fine Linens, a custom linen rental company, as well as providing consultation and training in the automotive systems group of a Fortune 500 company bring negotiation and critical thinking skills to her real estate work as well.

For the last thirteen years, Carolyn has built a reputation in real estate sales with both buyers and sellers for residential and commercial properties. Her style and enthusiasm for people and property make her a valuable partner for any buyer or seller.
