Carolyn Meenan

As a successful real estate broker and consistently a top producer in her field of over 35 years, her reputation with sellers and buyers has won her the respect of those she services.

Her success has been with repeat customers and recommendations from the Hamptons to Long Island City. Her current area of expertise is the Little Neck, Douglaston, and Douglas Manor neighborhoods.

She has a full list of providers to help with staging, packing, moving and everything in between. On few occasions she has been spotted packing and helping her home buyers move. Her passion for the industry has not curtailed her involvement in her community.

She is the past president of the Little Neck/Douglaston Lions Club, and currently, she sits on the board of the Divine Wisdom Catholic Academy, and she is Eucharistic Minister at St. Anastasia Church. She has deep roots in the St. Kevin’s prayer group in Flushing. When she was involved with the Little Neck Lions Club, she was instrumental in raising money for the Guide Dog Foundation and provided dogs each year for the blind. Her volunteering keeps getting better with time. She is passionate about the Bridge to Life organization in Flushing as well as the Shriners Children’s Hospital. All work and no play would not make for a good happy agent, so she is also an avid Met fan, and win or lose she makes it out to as many games as possible. The Douglaston club is still a great place to hangout especially in the summer at poolside or the tennis court.
