My husband and I first met Carolyn at an open house she was hosting for one of her sellers. We were really impressed with her knowledge of the home she was selling (talk about an expert realtor), that when it came time for us to find a realtor to help us look for a new home, we instantly thought of her, and gave her a call. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. Unlike most realtors we dealt with, she was not pushy at all, and we never felt pressured into purchasing a home or going over our comfort zone in terms of price to win a bidding war on a home. We also appreciated her commitment to helping us find a home, even if it meant coming into the office at 9 pm to draft a last minute contract.
