Originally from Northeast Ohio, Carolyn has lived in various areas throughout the state and spent several years in North Carolina. She settled in the Dayton area in 2020 and has enjoyed learning about all the wonderful things that make Dayton and its surrounding communities unique, including the MetroParks, historical architecture, and museums for all ages and interests.
Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Walsh University and her Master of Business Administration degree in Executive and Human Resource Management from Ashland University. Over a decade, she served in various roles, including Program Coordinator, Member Engagement Coordinator, Director of Marketing, and Director of Training, for several nonprofit organizations.
After taking a break to spend time with her two children, Carolyn decided to apply her skills and experience to real estate, an industry with which she had been fascinated since her family’s first home purchase when she was eight years old. She completed her studies to obtain her Real Estate license at Hondros College of Business. She was excited about the opportunity to join the professionals at Coldwell Banker Heritage.
Carolyn’s favorite thing about this industry is the opportunity to help her clients LOVE THEIR HOMES. Whether selling your existing home to move on to what’s next or searching for the perfect place to make new memories, working with an agent who will ensure that you are educated, informed, and empowered throughout the process is vital. Carolyn looks forward to the opportunity to communicate, brainstorm, and problem-solve with you to make your next transition in life your absolute best.
