Carolyn Weaver

Carolyn Weaver has been selling real estate in Vermont since 1996 and was named Realtor® Of the Year by the Northwest Vermont Realtor Association for 2020. She takes the time to get to know her clients and to understand their wants and needs, then uses her knowledge and insight of the local market to help find the perfect property or sell a current home. Her honest and friendly approach to real estate keeps her clients coming back!

Carolyn grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Vermont while attending UVM, where she received her B.A. and Masters in American History. She taught History and Sociology classes at CCV before her foray into real estate.

A Williston resident since 1996, Carolyn and her husband Joe live in a historic 1790s home that they remodeled. They own Red Barn Gardens, an event venue and small garden center where they grow their own vegetables and flowers.

In her spare time, Carolyn loves watching Hallmark Channel movies and home renovation shows on HGTV. She can often be found in the kitchen testing out new recipes and baking. In the winter she enjoys snowshoeing.
