Carolyn was referred to me through a mortgage broker, who provided two other realtors. I conducted brief intro calls with each of the three. Carolyn immediately understood my needs, provided just the right description of her background and process, and made me feel comfortable that she understood what we were seeking, even though we weren't even quite certain. Carolyn and I conducted two additional meetings and, each time, she remembered points discussed prior and each time she helped me better focus my search. We were seeking something with charm/legacy, close to the ocean, within a certain budget, and with a main floor master suite. These seemed to be elusive and maybe not even possible characteristics. Carolyn set up a few tours for one afternoon, and was very effective in our use of time. During the tours, it was obvious that she knew the market and knew how to view homes. She provided guidance, not opinions. And, indeed, she helped us find our dream home that day! Then, during the escrow and close process, she was always available to help answer any questions and educate us of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
