They are in fact REAL sisters!

Their name is true, they are sisters. The Island Sisters chose to work with John L Scott because it is a family-owned business. Working with them means you will be treated like family. You will see them for who they are, they may provide you a difference in opinion/perspective, they may even bicker a bit, but they will always be honest, loyal and your advocate. Real Estate can be an emotional roller coaster and they are here to help ground you and focused on your end goals. They often joke, that they play good cop, bad cop while negotiating. The truth of it is, they each bring two quite different skill sets to the table. While one of us is more analytical the other will be more personable. They will let you guess which one is which!

Island Sisters was born in 2013, they both started together. Randi was licensed and showing homes two weeks prior to Caron. The day Caron was licensed, they wrote up their first offer and have been drinking from a fire hose ever since! Today we could not be prouder of what they have accomplished.

Even when they are not working, they are still working. As a family they take multiple trips down to Disneyland to run in their Half Marathon Weekends. Disneyland has become a big part of their success; it is their second home and office. In fact, they can confidently say they have gotten several offers accepted while sitting in the Tea Cup outside the Mad Hatter and negotiated inspections on the steps of the Haunted Mansion.
