We met Carrie when she helped our daughter and her husband buy a house in El Cajon. They bought and sold two more houses with Carrie over the years.

Carrie then helped us find a vacation home in Pacific Beach. Fifteen years later we decided it was time to sell and had no hesitation in asking Carrie to be our realtor. She listened to our expectations, gave us some advice and listed it. We had our first offer within two days. She’s very personable, really knows the market and is a fantastic negotiator.

After one phone call and some emails, she drew up a list of condos for us to see. Her easygoing communication and extensive market knowledge allowed us to focus on the neighborhoods we liked and the price point that suited us best.

Working with Carrie and Julie was a wonderful experience. We had worked with Carrie in the past and when we decided to list our home it was a no brainer that we wanted Carrie to take our listing. Getting Julie in addition was a big bonus. They were both very informative and walked us through the entire process in great detail. There were no surprises. We were never wondering when they would call to tell us what was going on. We always had up to date information. When our home sold in 3 days we were so excited!! Carrie is a knowledgable, professional and honest real estate agent that we used 15 years ago for a short sale. When it came time to buy again there wasn't question who we were going to go with again. She knows the San Diego market extremely well and made the process of buying again as easy as possible. We had an offer in the same weekend of the open house and before we knew it, we were getting keys. WOW. I can't begin to explain how incredible Carrie's team is and how thankful we are for their diligent work for us! We were in the house market for a few months and experiencing a good amount of frustration, when a friend recommended Carrie. My first conversation with Carrie gave me renewed hope. She was extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming with information, and willing to work. We ended up working especially closely with Jonathan through the process... when I say process... we began working together in early June and just finally closed on our home (in December). Its been a long - long - journey, but I cannot say enough amazing things about Jonathan and Carrie. In fact, our first offer we put in with them was accepted... after multiple rejections before... we were amazed! Sadly, it ended up not being the right fit, which even in that, Carrie and Jonathan were so understanding and helpful. Jonathan took us everywhere to see anything and everything. He called about anything we asked about and always had information for us. He fought so hard for us, which was huge to me. He was so patient too. And we actually had a lot of fun together in all the time we spent together, which IS important! Despite our disappointment in this insane market, Jonathan often carried the faith for us. We are so thankful for him and Carrie and their excellent guidance through this journey. Their whole team they've partnered with really made things so simple and were always available to help. If I could give more stars, I would! There's so much to say in favor of them, but a review isn't supposed to be a book ;) Highly, highly recommend - especially in this insane market. Where do I even start? I reached out to a friend asking about another realtor and he immediately told me to use Carrie because "she is awesome". He did not lie! Carrie was always responsive to all my text messages and emails. She is very familiar with the market in Del Cerro, which was a plus. Carrie and Jonathan helped me stage the house and turned my backyard into the most amazing part of the house. I almost didn't want to sell my house after that! I would like to share my experience moving cross country in the midst of a housing market that is crazy and during a pandemic. It was not an ideal time to be moving, let alone looking for a house when you are over 2000 miles away. We were lucky enough to have found Carrie whose tenure and expertise in the real estate business and knowledge of the area helped navigate us through this process. There were many disappointments along the way, as with many other home buyers across the country, with getting offers accepted, but Carrie was optimistic and encouraging. When we finally got an offer accepted on our dream home, Carrie and Jonathan were there to help guide us through the process and always had our best interest in mind. They understood how difficult it is to not be in the same state as where you are buying, so they treated the process as if they had 100% vested interest. Much earned review! Carrie helped us with the sale and purchase of our new home. As for the sale, we had several offers the first day our home was listed. Our home was in escrow within a few days and we received above asking. Carrie guided us to make the best decision and we were extremely happy with the outcome. As for the purchase, Carrie rocked it! In this crazy market with multiple offers, Carrie got every offer we wrote accepted (awesome right?)!
We changed our minds a few times before we finally settled on one home. Unfortunately, we had an awful loan guy in the beginning of our escrow which caused us to lose precious time. Carrie recognized this early on and went directly to his supervisor. She advocated for us and ultimately got the mortgage company to provide us with a decent credit and got the process moving quickly. Still, getting our loan approved was a nightmare and we were running out of time. Carrie continued to fight, found the mortgage company's owner's direct contact information and
contacted him directly (in Texas!). With this extra step, our loan got approved and we closed on our dream home. I am 100% certain that if Carrie didn't continue to fight for us, we would have lost our home given that we were out of time to obtain loan approval. I can honestly say that Carrie's experience made the deal happen and her strong work ethic and perseverance paid off. Thanks, Carrie!!!
