Approximately 4 or 5 years ago my Dad and I purchased a large home with Carrie’s Realty. The owners had already moved and so the sale and closure were done Thru Carrie’s office as a cash sale.

One would think that once the sale was over with that my dad and myself were responsible to deal with our property however we had many unanswered things to deal with since the owners weren’t there to answer questions and were new to Florida. Carrie and her husband were more than cooperative on assisting us with any issues. My family has become dependent on Carrie for her assistance. Never once has she not helped us with minor or major situations either during the week, weekends or in the evenings. Dave had to drop by one evening to assist me with my thermostat cause being short I couldn’t see the screen. WOW! What other realtors do that after months of closing.

It has been 5 years and Carrie and Dave still are there for my family helping us in whatever way and answering my questions. My review is quite lengthy but so very true.

We purchased a house in Florida this year after meeting Karen Salter about 2 years ago, just before covid hit. Our initial purchase the first time around fell through due to covid, but it worked out for the best because we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. Karen kept in contact with us from the very beginning and was always there to answer any questions right away. Her local knowledge came in extremely handy when she informed us about different communities, explained certain HOA fees and regulations, which communities where best for full time residents and those that were best suited for rental properties. She was even great at informing us of the different traffic routes and times when they might be backed up! Her work didn’t end once the sale was made either, she was always there to answer any questions we had afterwards and helped with getting our utilities set up, and recommended a handyman that we could use while we were away from the property. We are extremely grateful to have met Karen and from start to finish (and beyond) Karen and everyone at the agency was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! We look forward to working with Karen again should the opportunity arise! We couldn’t be happier!

Karen Salter was who I chose to be my realtor when I was searching for my forever 🏡! I’ve known Karen since 2011 when my kids started to attend Keene’s Crossing Elementary where Karen is a kindergarten teacher! My hunt for a home started in the middle of 2020 but due to unforeseen circumstances i had to put it on hold. Karen was so understanding and told me when I was ready to house hunt again to give her a call. Well I was able to start house hunting again in December of 2020. Now mind you I was living in Casselberry, Fl and was looking in that area for a home and Karen Salter lives at least 40 miles away from that area! Karen never once hesitated when I said I have a house I want to look at. Karen was always there when I needed and wasn’t going to stop 🛑 until we found the perfect forever home! Finally in January of 2021 I found a home on Zillow that had just gone on the market in Longwood, Florida and called Karen and said I must see this house ASAP! Karen had us scheduled the next evening to see the home! I knew instantly when I walked into the house 🏡 it was going to be my forever home! We were the first to make an offer and it was ours!! Karen spent many hours helping us to find the perfect home. Karen even had one of her coworkers scheduled to show us a home because she couldn’t make it to show us. Karen is truly genuine and cares about her clients!! Karen doesn’t stop until her clients are happy!!! If I ever need a realtor again it will be Karen Salter!! Karen Salter and Team are the absolute BEST!
After talking with several agents, we knew Karen was the right one. She and her team didn’t try to “sell” us. She was honest and gave great raw feedback. We listened to the advise given and listed the home with the range provided. Our home started showing immediately upon listing, and after 4 showings in the first 24 hours, we were under contract within 48 hours of listing, without having to come down much from the list price. We were able to have the contract finalized within a few days of receiving the offer despite having key members of Karen's team on vacation as the team took time away from their vacation to assist with our needs.

Karen has since helped us on the purchase side as we are building our next home. Since building can be quite the daunting process, Karen and team have been instrumental in ensuring that we understand our rights in the contract and wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything the builder is doing for us. We could not be more pleased with the services provided by Karen and her team, and should we ever need the services of a Real Estate Professional in the future, we will certainly be in contact with Karen.

I used Carrie Courtney and Co as they came highly recommended. It was a little difficult getting comps as i lived in a quiet area with few homes. Carrie and Dave came to visit, recommended a few fixes and some paperwork to update. Once I completed that, the photographer came and it was listed. The pictures and video were amazing and I had a full price offer in a matter of weeks. They made it so easy and were very professional. They have a lot of knowledge of the local housing market. Dave and Carrie helped us tremendously in search of our new home and in the entire closing process. We are from out of the country and were buying a second home with a mortgage.
