She had me in several homes the day they hit the market and a few a day or two before they were officially listed. Almost every home we looked at was right in line with what I was looking for. It was pure luck that I had the pleasure of speaking with Carrie when I called her office about a property they had listed. One thing led to another and after that phone conversation I felt totally comfortable with Carrie and wanted to work with her as our realtor. She was so enthusiastic and proactive from the very start. She immediately set us up with the MLS and was sure to point out up and coming properties that she thought would suit us. We started looking in October with the only goal of being in a home by Christmas. With how fast homes were selling she knew it was a priority to get walk throughs scheduled and see the homes before others got the chance. I'm positive this is how we ended up in a home we completely love. She was great at negotiating for us when we put in our offer and throughout the closing process. If I can tell you what sets Carrie apart from other realtors its her genuine excitement for going through the home buying process with you. It felt like we had a friend cheering us on. Don't let "years in the business" deter you...she is the third realtor we have worked with buying a house and by far the best. My husband and I made numerous comments to each other about how much better Carrie was than other realtors we had worked with previously that had been in the business for 15 and 20 years. Carrie is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If there was a question she didn't have an answer to she would say let me find out. We appreciated her honesty so much as it proved she wasn't just trying to push a sale on us. She wanted to make sure we had all accurate information. I'm happy to say we got the second house we put an offer in on (this market is so tough--tons of competition)! We are actually thrilled now that the first house didn't work out. Carrie made the entire closing process a breeze and updated us throughout the process. She gave us a warm welcome to our new home and best of all...she got us in two weeks before Christmas!!! I really wouldn't dream of working with anyone else after how good our experience was. Remember choosing a good realtor can make all the difference when buying/selling and I can say with total confidence that Carrie is going to go the extra mile for you. We appreciate you so much!

I'd been looking for a cabin in this area for a couple of years. I called on Carrie to show me cabins as they came up for sale. She was very patient. It was at least the 5th or 6th cabin that she showed me and it was just right. I have no regrets. It's not far away so I go there multiple times per week. Very happy.
