I'm a first time home buyer, and for starters I had an bad experience with the first realtor I dealt with, Carrie Jass was Highly recommended to me by one of my friends at work. I was a first time home buyer using the VA Loan and I can not even begin to describe how helpful Carrie was in explaining everything to me, and helping me find the perfect house! The whole home buying process is pretty overwhelming at times but Carrie went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that all my questions were answered. Whenever I texted or called her she would make a point to call or text me back as soon as possible. She explained all the steps in a way that was easy to understand and she walked me through realistic scenarios and future events so that I fully understood everything that had to be done. After weeks of searching internet sites I finally decided I was ready for a realtor. When I walked into the office of another local realtor, I was told to continue my search and if there was something I wanted to see i should give them a call. When walking out I was pretty deflated.
