About Carrie

Carrie has been a full time Realtor with D. Patrick Welsh since 2003. During that time, she has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes – earning status as a top producer within the firm. Before entering the real estate profession, she worked in public relations and marketing in Manhattan for such firms as the American Stock Exchange and TV Guide. She enjoys putting her marketing background to work to serve her clients in real estate.

She is a graduate of Northwestern University with a B.S. from the School of Speech and Communications. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 and immediately began additional coursework to obtain ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) status in 2004. In 2011 she was inducted into the Luxury Home Council and was assigned the ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) designation based upon her sales record in the luxury market and completing additional coursework. In 2013 she was awarded the CRS designation for exceptional work in residential real estate sales. Less than 4% of realtors are awarded a CRS designation. She is a lifelong learner and enjoys taking classes and attending seminars to enhance her knowledge of the industry and better serve her clients!

Buying or selling a home can mark an emotional passage, and yet is also an opportunity for the bulk of one’s personal wealth to be accumulated or liquidated. Providing information, guidance and compassion for clients has been her calling since 2003. Carrie understands that many of today’s buyers and sellers wish to have a hands-on experience in the marketing or purchase of their home. She is happy to provide her clients with as much or as little involvement and real estate education as they would like. Her experience as a top producer in the business has allowed her to hone strategies and tactics that help her clients get what they want and obtain maximum value from their transactions. She has strong relationships with other professionals in real estate and in the trades, adding an alliance of expertise to each transaction.

It is Carrie’s mission to alleviate her clients’ stress about their transaction by helping them make a sensible plan and following through so that there are no surprises.
