Best experience ever! My husband and I really wanted to find our forever home and it is so tough to buy in the current crazy market but Carrie made it happen. She gave us a ton of insight into the neighborhoods and areas of the houses we were checking out and she dropped everything to be able to show us homes the SAME day we asked to see them. She always answered texts and phone calls and made sure to follow up with us. She even noticed an error on the closing paperwork that ended up in us saving over $400. She has a ton of great local referrals too. Overall, amazing experience and you should totally go with Carrie as your Realestate agent!

Carrie is by far the best realtor in and around Topeka. She is very knowledgeable and uses this knowledge to inform you of things you may not see or notice. She makes sure she knows the style and type of house you are looking for and texts/emails them to you with in minutes of them being listed. She worked around our schedule and answered any questions you have. If we needed information on a house we saw, she got it for us.

Carrie worked with us for months. Our views on the house we wanted changed as we saw houses and things we like about them. As our views progressed so did the houses she sent us to look at. She is amazing, friendly, and a wonderful person to get advice from. If you need anything done for your future house ask her, she will recommend the right people to contact. She is local as knows a lot about the towns and its people. I will recommend her to any and all who are in need of a realtor.

The sale of our house was filled with obstacles and difficulties. Our 1st buyer’s financing fell through so we had to start over. The 2nd buyer ended up working out, but there were several hiccups. Through it all, Carrie was right there making many, many phone calls and doing things that our buyer’s agent should have been doing but wasn’t. If it wasn’t for Carrie, we would have been in a real mess because our buyer’s kept changing the closing date and we were moving out of state. Carrie went above and beyond more than once.
