Carrie's knowledge of the market is unparalleled and her collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in with both feet to go "above and beyond" made working with her a pleasure, and a success, financially. Based on Carrie's advice, we did minor renovations to our kitchen, including painting the cabinets and new flooring, that more than paid off in the resulting offer. Throughout the renovation and preparation stage, Carrie was on site with sleeves rolled up to help us manage the work being done, organize and even pack our garage, and collaborate with the stager and us to prepare for photos and listing. Financially, we could not be happier with the end result, which was only possible because of Carrie's shrewdness and knowledge of the market and her industry. Carrie originally listed our home for $25,000 higher than we had originally planned, but still at a competitive number for the market. Carrie handled the multiple offers and strong sellers' market with poise and graciousness throughout, treating our prospective buyers/buyers' agents with courtesy they deserved throughout the process, while also looking out for our best interests. Ultimately, after nine offers (every one over asking), we closed at $51,000 over asking. Carrie is knowledgeable, savvy and wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend her more highly.

Carrie was AMAZING to work with! We were trying to navigate a cross-country move amongst a very competitive market, and she truly went above and beyond. A dream home happened to come up the weekend we were in Richmond to look at possible homes, and she acted quickly to guide us to successfully place a competitive offer that was accepted! After our offer was accepted, Carrie stayed in close contact throughout inspections, the loan process, etc. Being so far away, we took great comfort in knowing that Carrie was working so diligently to oversee this process for us.
