About Carrie
Owner and leader of Core Realty Advisors at Real Broker, LLC where you are at the CORE of what we do. We are a collective group of high producing agents with a similar CORE value system of keeping our clients interests first and foremost. We are a collaborative group sharing our collective transactional and market experience to help our clients avoid common pitfalls, have the benefit of current market knowledge and save our clients money in the process. We believe that it is critical to have a personal advocate throughout the entire process to make sure your interest is protected from beginning to the end but we have a shared transactional process to ensure as much time as possible is spent helping our clients.
I was raised in Pennsylvania and met my husband at Penn State University in State College. We both had the same major and minor in Environmental Resource Management and Environmental Engineering. We moved to Colorado after graduation and began our careers. I did everything from Hazardous Waste Disposal Logistics, Radioactive Lab Testing, and Production Line Logistics. When we started a family I decided to step back from the corporate world. In the years raising three children, I did various things to satisfy my project itch including direct sales and working at a local gym as a personal trainer. Helping clients reach their goals no matter where they were at was gratifying. (no judgement now when we meet because I don't live in a gym anymore...my office is basically my car). All these varied skills somehow beautifully merged with real estate where I can work with people, negotiating, goal setting, contracts and creating a process out of a seemingly constantly changing project. All of these varied work histories have merged beautifully into the complicated world of real estate.
Having a personal approach with a strong sense of systems but staying nimble enough to not be a one-size-fits-all assembly line transactional team. Being able to master an excel sheet, market a home and understand the stress someone is under while making these big decisions are all a careful one of a kind dance we choreograph each and every time. Some of that comes from understanding complex systems and plans but knowing that the factors involved in are people with unique needs and houses that are always unique in terms of where they are, how they've been lived in, what the lot is like, the area is like etc. At the end of the day, keeping my clients at the CORE of all I do helps me make sure everything falls into place.
