Carrie is so personable and amazing to work with. She did a great job of moving the process along, and keeping all the parts in the know. Her excitement and respect shows in everything she does. Even if she did not have the answer to a question I was asking, she made sure someone got me the answer. Carrie was always available, by phone, text, or email. Darwin and Nancy Scheel reviewed Carrie Welch 03/08/2015 Helped me buy a home Carrie was amazing! After searching for six months, Nancy and I finally found a home that we both fell in love with, and put earnest money down. The property was a hairball according to the much needed lawyer for our particular situation; a Bankruptcy, property was in a Family Trust, the sellers were divorced, it was a Short Sale, and many roadblocks from the Bankruptcy Trustee, Seller's Realtor, the bank(s) that owned the property, and three separate appraisals. It took a year and nine months to close on our dream home and throughout the process, Carrie was professional, attentive, punctual, and with steady regular update reports. Because this was an non-typical home purchase, Carrie did a lot of investigation and sought out advice from colleagues and professionals. It was Carrie who ultimately recommended the lawyer that helped to get the ball moving and to finally Close. Throughout this process, Carrie stuck with us, maintain a positive attitude, and always gave us options but allowed us to make the decisions. Both Nancy and I highly recommend Carrie to be your Realtor. Without Carrie as our Realtor, we would not have Closed on our dream home, the Scheel Lodge.
