Carson brings his passion for both the physical and emotional aspect of homeownership to every real estate transaction. When working with buyers, he listens to his client's unique housing needs including budget, design, neighborhood, and amenities. He also serves as a listing agent for home sellers. He has sold homes all over Austin to include Tarrytown, Downtown condos, Lake Austin, Brentwood, Rosedale, and others.

Carson helps people find investment property. Not only will he help you locate the property, but he is also exceptionally skilled with market analysis. He can complete Return on Investment worksheets on prospective properties, factoring purchase price, rehab (make ready costs), property taxes, insurance, rental rates, vacancy, etc to estimate projected cash flow and appreciation.

When not practicing real estate, Carson can be found running around Austin as he's regularly training for marathons. He's proudly run 12 marathons, of which 3 were Boston Qualifying times. His other pastimes include hiking the greenbelt with his 3 whippets, gardening, home improvement and spending time with family in his South Austin home.
