About Carter

As a New London area resident for over 20 years, Carter has enjoyed living and working in New Hampshire. The Lake Sunapee/Dartmouth Area has many lifestyle choices. Mountains to hike and ski. Freshwater lakes to swim and boat. Miles of forested land to snowmobile and explore. Some of New England's oldest towns and long-cherished history lie within this precious state.

Giving back to the community is important. Carter has managed the New London Outing Club, a non-profit organization focused on serving the recreational needs of youth and community residents. He has served as a representative for the Town of New London on the Kearsarge Regional School Board and helps volunteer for the Lake Sunapee Region Chamber of Commerce.
