About Carter

Carter Martin, Jr. is a full-time, full-service Broker Associate and Team Leader of Ignite Property Group with Semonin Realtors. Carter was initially licensed in 2014 and earned his Broker License in 2018. Carter is a 2019 Graduate of the GLAR Leadership Institute.

Carter has also actively served on various other committees and Presidential Appointed Groups at both GLAR and KYR.

Carter Martin, Jr. is the husband of Dr. Mitisha Martin, a dentist and a Major in the Kentucky Army National Guard. Carter is the father of four wonderful children and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Carter loves to bowl, bicycle, and practice martial arts. Carter is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is working towards his goal of becoming a Master Instructor. He is also involved in his church, St. Stephen Baptist, and his community.
