Casey Churchill

Representing Southern Indiana and Louisville Metro homeowners and future homeowners, Casey is dedicated to listening to her client’s needs and using her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
Casey has lived in both Southern Indiana and the Louisville Metro area for most of her life and is very knowledgeable of the numerous intangible benefits of living in Kentuckiana. She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and moved to Louisville, Kentucky where she had a successful 7 year sales and marketing career. She joined the Real Estate profession as she started a family with her husband, Jordan. She currently holds an ABR Designation, which puts her at the top when negotiating and representing her buyer clients, and is a licensed Realtor in Indiana and Kentucky.
Casey’s priority is to make sure that her clients feel confident and comfortable throughout their home buying/selling journey. She gives the highest level of service and expertise and can provide her clients with a one stop shop as she can refer a hand selected team of professional service providers including loan officers, inspectors, and handymen who can take care of all Real Estate buying and selling needs. She is communicative, thorough, detail oriented- and she will be alongside you every step of the way.
