Casey was spectacular! He listened closely to what we were looking for and didn't waste our time trying to interest us in property not fitting our requests. He was extremely responsive and insightful about the potential pros and cons of the properties we were considering. He communicated clearly about whether the list price of a property was overpriced, appropriately priced, or value priced. He was very knowledgeable about pricing and competitiveness of the overall market. We have worked with Casey on multiple occasions and have referred him to our close friends. I met Casey while hunting for a little Black Hills cabin for my wife and I. His work to find, and help us ultimately purchase that little cabin was unprecedented.

Casey had my best interest in mind at all times during our process. I met him by accident (hit the wrong button) but thank god I did and he contacted me. As a long distance buyer he did whatever he could to help us get into a house in Sturgis. Casey Raftevold explained everything along the way that was easy to understand from providing market analysis, coordinating with certified home inspectors (essential to making an informed offer) to eventually working with a great mortgage lender in Rapid. So even if you're just looking around the Black Hills area & not sure when (or if) your ready to purchase, I strongly recommend that you do yourself a big favor & give him a call first. Casey is a true professional!! Really enjoyed working with him and I know you will to. He has great communication and responds to calls, txt or email very promptly. Always prepared and made sure to cover everything or touch base on any updates. Never let days pass without checking in to see if you had any questions. Casey is very organized which made it seem you were top priority every time and doesn’t give the impression that he is to busy with other things or that you interrupted him. I’ve worked with a few realtors and found a permanent one now! I would not think of anyone else to help me with my real estate needs and will promote Him to anyone looking to buy/sell a house.
