Casey Shelton is the President and CEO of CS Real Estate Services, founded in 2019. Casey offers nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, as he began his journey in the industry shortly after graduating from Iowa State University.

Casey has experience in a variety of real estate services; including real estate brokerage, commercial real estate, land development, and construction management for both commercial and residential developments.

Additionally, Casey has built CS Real Estate Services on a foundation of extensive expertise, excellent relationships with clients and within the industry, a vast knowledge of the Des Moines area, and with great care and services to all of CS Real Estate Services clients and trade partners.

Casey resides in Urbandale with his wife, Kristen, and four children, Max, Maisy, Sawyer, and Georgia.
