I discovered Casi through recommendations on social media and I am so glad that I did! Casi helped my family find what might actually be our forever home. She helped us to build a competitive offer, facilitated constant communication between sellers agent and ourselves, and took so much of the stress of home buying off of our shoulders. I was a nervous wreck with such a big purchase and Casi always made sure that she was doing whatever she could to make sure that my questions were answered and concerns were addressed, most times within minutes! I am so excited for our family’s future in our new home and I am so appreciative of all that Casi did for us throughout the process.

Casi is always responsive, proactive, and has a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Casi Carey has been hand down the best realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is not only knowledgeable and personable but she is patient and listens to her clients. So often realtors want the market to do the work for them – not Casi! She is a go-getter that puts in the work! We sold our home in NoVA right after the market shifted and while she was honest with us about the changes, she didn’t use that as an excuse for not being proactive. From the open houses to the social media posts to the efforts made with other brokers, Casi went the distance to get our house sold and for a great price. Her communication is another level. She is in almost daily communication with us from when we met her for a listing consultation to when we went on contract and everything to expect from there. Her and her team worked in overdrive to make our experience with her nothing short of amazing. For those that are military, she comes from a Foreign Service background and understands the PCS cycle and how to best represent those that are in that process. She never quits and never lets a challenge stand in her way. I cannot recommend Casi more.

I highly recommend working with Casi for all things real estate! Casi is very knowledgeable, hard working, and honest, which are some of the best qualities for a realtor to have. Within a week of us first meeting Casi to discuss what we were looking for in our first home, we were already under contract on a property Casi found for us. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Casi was always very responsive. She also has a great network of professionals that she works with, so we didn't have to worry about much, making the entire home buying process very smooth and stress-free.

Casi Carey is the best, most personable and professional realtor! We loved our experience working with her and her team. Not only was this our first home but we purchased it while posted overseas for work. We could not be happier that Casi Carey helped us find and buy our home in Northern Virginia! Casi went above and beyond to find us the perfect house in an extremely challenging market. Once she learned our price point and what we were looking for, she was constantly searching for listings that were coming soon that might work for us. Casi then booked us the first available appointments to see houses, which was critical in such a competitive market. Casi made sure we saw houses as fast as possible and could get our offer to the sellers quickly! She was always available by phone or text to discuss potential listings and strategy. She was also constantly reaching out to listing agents to find ways to make our offers more competitive. While we were in the hospital having a baby, Casi toured homes for us and one of these ended up being our perfect spot! We would not have been successful finding and buying a home in such an intense market if it weren’t for Casi. She’s the best and will work so hard for you!

If you are looking for a realtor that will work as hard to find your family the perfect home as she did her own, Casi Carey is the realtor for you. My family cannot recommend Casi enough as a realtor. As first time home buyers, we were starting from absolute scratch. Not only did Casi walk us slowly and methodically through the entire process of buying a home before we even began looking, she was with us every step of the way explaining the process. Casi was available, literally, 24/7 via email, phone, and text, to answer every single question we had on each step - sometimes multiple times! She was very responsive to our needs, and was very honest with us throughout the process. I'm grateful that Casi was also able to recommend trustworthy mortgage brokers and even handymen when we asked for her recommendations. I appreciated the personal touch when dealing with Casi, who accompanied us to house showings and asked lots of questions to get a feel for what we needed versus what we wanted in a home. She also went the extra step to dialogue with listing agents as much as possible, which I believe is one of the reasons we successfully bought our home! While providing gentle guidance, we never felt like Casi was telling us what to do - she empowered us to feel in charge of the process. She celebrated the wins just as much as we did!

Casi was attentive, responsive, and so supportive during this process. She really understands the importance of relationships in this business. She will go the extra mile to call agents, inquire about properties, and think outside the box to get you what you need. I had the opportunity to work with her on both ends of the buying and selling process, and I'm so grateful I did. In this market you need someone who is willing to go the extra mile, someone who truly cares and is invested in you getting what you need and finding a home. As a transitioning military family Casi was a God-send! She sent us listings as soon as thumbnails were available, booked showings and took video with her candid (and so appreciated) remarks- to allow us to “see” houses as “not-yet” locals. As a foreign service spouse herself- she “gets it” and all the challenges of a move you didn’t necessarily choose. It’s such a relief to have the huge task of finding a home checked off the “relocation check-list”. SO Responsive. Look no further- Call Casi.

My wife and I met Casi at an open house during the early stages of our home buying process and almost immediately saw qualities in her that we didn’t know we were looking for at the time. She was gregarious, knowledgeable, and reassuring all at once. As we walked out of the open house, we knew we found someone we could trust in a process that can feel overwhelming. Once we brought her on in earnest, Casi was responsive, attentive, and thoughtful as we began searching for our home. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new property became available. When we found the home we’d been looking for, Casi worked overtime on a weekend to put together a strong offer in record time which ultimately secured the property for us in an extremely competitive market.
