Search anywhere on Zillow or Google and you’ll find so many reviews of Cassie which is how we first found her. We used her to buy our house in Austin five years ago and used her again to sell it days ago.

I do feel where she separates herself is her marketing strategies for what day/month/season is best to hold off and list, utilizing newsletters with current and past clients, and just knowing a decent sized network of other agents and companies she’s already built relationships with.

We met Cassie after expressing interest in a house listed on Zillow. I was a little hesitant to trust a realator to buy a house with just from meeting them that way. However, Cassie quickly won me over with her vast industry knowledge and caring demeanor. She will be honest with you about what she thinks of a house and tell you not to buy it if she thinks it has issues or is a bad investment. She cares about her clients and responded quickly to all our questions and guided us through our first homebuying process. She also negotiated for the seller to pay 9k in closing costs and to do about 30k worth of repairs/ improvements. This included a new septic tank and she even stayed on top of the septic company and the county office responsible for the permitting for us. She made buying our first home a breeze and we are very happy with our purchase and the help she provided to make it happen.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of working with Cassandra Clemons while buying a home in Austin, and we cannot recommend her enough! It was pure chance that we met, considering we weren’t seriously considering buying a house at all. From our first meeting, Cassandra stood out as a true professional—incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and deeply committed to understanding our needs, goals, and very tight budget. In fact, her glowing personality gave us confidence to keep our minds open to the possibilities and we took that first step. A step I can be thankful she guided us towards.

Austin's real estate market can be intimidating, but Cassandra made the entire process seamless and tackled every issue with grace and precision. She listened carefully to what we wanted and was always patient, never rushing us or pushing us in a direction that wasn’t quite right. In fact, she straight up told us her opinions if she thought we were going to do something financially irresponsible--like buying a beaten up fixer upper that would take years to fix, thousands and thousands of dollars, and buckets of tears.

What impressed me most was Cassandra’s dedication and attention to detail. She remembers everything. Every detail of the house, what needed improvement, what needed repair, what needs to be taken down. Everything. She is more than a realtor; we go to her for any information. She has such vast knowledge and reliable connections for anything you may want to do to your new house whether you need to get your carpets done, add insulation, or cut a hole in your wall. She will have an answer for you, and if she doesn’t, she will know people who do and easily point you in the right direction.

When it came down to negotiations, Cassandra was always a step ahead, handling negotiations with skill and ensuring that every part of the transaction was smooth and efficient. Everything went down without any hiccups or push back.

Beyond her professional skills, Cassandra is simply a wonderful human being—friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and informed every step of the way, making what can be a stressful process feel manageable. She is a ray of sunshine and a shark. A glowing shark. We were happy that she was on our side.

My girlfriend and I were casually looking for a place to move in together. We weren’t sure if we were going to rent or buy yet because our budget was so tight. We got paired up with Cassie as we reached out to Zillow and it felt like we had struck a jackpot!

In the Austin market, since we were on a tight budget, the houses we started looking at first were in shambles. They needed a lot of work done on a FOUNDATIONAL level. Cassie had estimate ranges ready to go for any question that we threw at her about how much it would throw us back to fix the homes. She showed us what to look for in these types of fix-er-uppers to find the hidden issues and how we could fix them if we decide to move forward anyways. She had a deep understanding of the various neighborhoods and what was good about the areas and what may be issues for us. She is truly an expert in real estate and specifically, the Austin real estate market.

She was quick to figure out what kinds of houses that we liked and what we didn’t and she hunted houses down for us and actively sent listings to us to get feedback on. It was an incredible experience. I felt like she was taking on the full brunt of the job of finding us a home which is the complete opposite of my last experience with a realtor.

Once she found us a good fit for a home that was in our budget, in our radius of where we wanted to be in Austin, but wouldn’t cost us too much in repairs, she pulled us into the war room to discuss negotiation tactics and strategies. Since we were so new to the home buying experience, we shared our opinions and she was honest with us about what works for the current timing of the market. We felt like we had an expert negotiator with us when we needed one. I’m sure she’s incredible as a realtor when you’re selling a home, but for a buyer, she did it all! I would have been in a much worse place without her experiential knowledge and I was so thankful she was fighting for us and not them.

Then when it came to handling the documents and mortgages, she was on top of it there too. She checked every document, she followed up with our mortgage providers to get timelines and fix mistakes, and she checked in to ensure that we had everything properly set up before closing. It was exactly what we needed. I’m sure that she tailors the experience to the needs of the clients and we were the type of clients that were thankful to have someone who knew every step involved and took each one along side of us.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience working with Cassie and have already recommended her to our friends. She’s an incredible ally and we intend to keep in touch with her for a long time.

So.. I met Cassie because of a Dave Ramsey referral on the internet. I realize most people don't have a budget as constructive as what we had. We used some money from our 401k which had its restrictions. While originally wanted to just buy land and homestead it, many of the restrictions and availability led us in another direction.
Cassie was very patient. She drove hundreds of miles to show us houses and had good advice. While we have not given up our dream of buying land and homesteading, she helped us form a plan to get there.

Cassie went above and beyond in our house search. The housing market in Austin was tough, but Cassie clearly gave us a competitive advantage. She was always on the ball with setting up viewings and working around our schedule. When we found 'the one', she was able to craft an offer and establish a rapport with the seller's realtor that elevated us over 11 other offers! It's no small feat that she was able to make us stand out and get our offer accepted against all the competition. After the offer was accepted, Cassie then guided us on every step of the process from start to finish--from working with my lender, advising us on the inspection, negotiating concessions from the seller, to closing. After closing, she helped us by recommending companies that could help us with plumbing, HVAC, installing fixtures, etc. All in all, Cassie really came through for us and we are extremely happy we had her as our realtor.
