I have worked with a vast variety of clients and many military families over the years: First-time buyers: it is definitely infectious being part of something as exciting as someone's first home. Relocation clients: helping them with the scary part of leaving a familiar place or learning a whole new area. Helping people sell their homes and coordinate the challenging of moving to their new homes. Working with seniors to downsize to their retirement homes. And of course, the complications of building a home or buying/selling an investment property. I have learned that each home purchase/sale is as different as it is similar. This is what I love about what I do.
