We cannot speak highly enough of our home-buying experience with Cassandre Guillen. We were first-time homebuyers with no or very little knowledge about how to find the right place within our budget. We met with a couple of other realtors who disappointed us before we met Cassandre, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She was thorough, professional, and so nice to work with. She really helped to take the pressure of buying the first house off of us. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Cassandre was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs and within our budget than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone!

I never trusted realtors before, and the first couple ones that I interviewed were only confirming of my stereotypes. After that I was determined to sell my home on my own, but it got pretty hard when I encountered a very difficult buyer's realtor. I realized I needed help. Cassi really changed my feelings about real estate agents. She was candid, authentic, down-to-earth, honest, knowledgeable, supportive and patient. She had excellent instincts, paid attention to every detail and worked very hard to sell both my house in Portland and my husband's house in Newberg. We found our dream home and had a crazy time frame to make everything work within, but Cassi was confident we could do it and she was successful. She was also very helpful with affordable referrals for the repairs that needed to be made. Her advice always proved sound. We were stubbornly committed to keeping our costs low and she helped us to be creative within our budget. She was there in person for every important step--from making an offer to signing at escrow. We never had to do things on our own. She never let us go an hour without a return call or text either, day or night. I give her five stars and recommend her very highly, especially in comparison with many of the other agents we encountered in our home search around Yamhill, Multnomah and Washington Counties. I never had any idea how essential and rare a good realtor is. You've found a good one.

I have used Cassandre on a couple different real estate transactions and she was able to exceed my (in hind site) somwhat unreasonable expectations. We were able to get well above market value on the sale of our first house and she found us a great deal on the second. Cassandre is a shining star in a competitive market place. I will continue to use her in the future.
