Cassie Baier

After college, Cassie pursued her passion for business and nutrition as an Operations Manager for a local nutraceutical company before starting her family and moving into leadership development. Cassie spent the next 10 years in corporate leadership development, consulting and training with business leaders internationally working out of the San Francisco office for Korn/Ferry International. She specialized in Program Management for custom Leadership Development Programs, Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Coaching, and Communication Courses. She was also a Mentor, Systems Specialist and Trainer.

Cassie’s passion for real estate, people and her community led her to The Wells Group. She specializes in the Durango area and community and is a Buyer’s Specialist for The Durango Team.

Cassie’s love for people and her community has also kept her connected in Durango Young Life, a local youth international non-profit program. Cassie began her involvement with Young Life as a student and quickly became a volunteer leader, where she met her husband Nate and they continued to volunteer during their college years at Fort Lewis. Years later, and now the Area Director, she provides leadership and guidance to middle and high-school students, leaders and her local committee. She has been involved in Young Life since 1996 and the Area Director since 2009. Cassie also volunteers as a team mom for Durango Youth Baseball, spends many nights on the football field with her Durango YAFL family and serves on the Park Elementary PTO.

Cassie and her husband Nate have two children, Malakai and Cruz. The Baier family loves the lake life around Durango and time behind the boat wake surfing or in the mountains hiking, snowboarding, and camping!
